ODST and UNSC
We're In Your Base Stealing Your Flag
"We Are ODST"
The inspiration for this flag came from the live action "We Are ODST" video. Everything about that short was amazing but seeing an ODST flag was pretty sweet. We decided to try our hand at re-creating it as accurately as we could.
The ODST flaming skull flags were also created by Megan, Melissa, myself. These flags are also 2x3 feet which makes them 1/1 scale. The creation process for these changed quite a bit from the first time around. Instead of painting on the design we used Heat n Bond to adhere the emblem to the flag. We still used duck cloth and bias tape, and the edges of all the fabric were securely satin stitched.
Each flag is hand made so the design and look does vary from each product. I am always trying to find better ways to produce these and I like to think I improve with each one I make. Since they are hand made I like to think that no two flags look exactly the same.

The completed flag
These UNSC flags were hand made by Megan, Melissa and myself and are 2x3 feet 1/1 scale. They are made out of red and blue duck cloth and trimmed in gold lame bias. The design itself was hand painted using gold metallic acrylic paint and then outlined in black permanent marker.
