For the kids 10/29/2009

A very good friend of mine over at the Red vs. Blue community has put together something very amazing. He spent his summer collecting various Halo merchandise and one of a kind memorabilia to be auctioned off. The proceeds of this auction will all be donated to the Child's Play Charity which I think is awesome.

So if you are a Halo fan and want a chance at getting some very cool swag, or you just want to help out a good cause please stop on by the auction and take a look.

I was able to get a lot more work done this week than I expected, so quite a few of the photos from EXP Con are in the galleries. You can see all of the Miranda and Cortana pictures over on the Photo shoots page and I also added some new stuff to the Halo 2 Cortana page. I'm sure in the next week or so I will be adding a few more but for the most part they are up and ready for viewing. Enjoy ^_^

I am happy to say that I had a wonderful time at this little convention, it exceeded my expectations. In the span of two days I was able to meet up with some Halo cosplayers for some amazing photos and I got to meet Steve Downes again. Currently I am working on posting some of the photos taken at the con so stay tuned.

And if you have the chance to attend EXP Con next year I highly suggest that you do.

I finally got around to adding my Sakura costume to the Finished Costume page, be sure to check it out. It was worn to the New York Anime Festival's masquerade and I had a wondering time while wearing it.

I will also be at EXP Con this Saturady and Sunday in St. Augustine, look for me on Saturday as Halo 2 Cortana if you are attending.

Just arrived in town today for the New York Anime Festival this weekend, I am very excited about this convention. My dear friend Indra and I will be competing in the Masquerade Saturday night so be sure to wish us luck.

I have also added a new entry on the props page; all the jewelry and accessories that I made for Wind Waker Princess Zelda. This is the one costume that I have created that required so many little things to be made. Click the image below and you will be on your way.

Wesker & Jill 08/31/2009

The url for the site has changed, it's now much easier to remember and much shorter MsValentine.tk Your old links should still be working fine, if you come across any problems please let me know.

New photos added! I was so happy that there was a Wesker cosplayer at AFO that took photos with us. Theses are some of my favorite shots because of how in character we both were. Enjoy! Click on the image below to be taken to the gallery.

BSAA Chris added 08/15/2009

A new costume had been added to the completed costume page. Not one I made for myself but one that I made for my husband. BSAA Chris was a fun and frustrating costume to make. You can read about all the details that went into making this outfit by clicking the image below.

I am working through a bunch of photos taken at AFO of various Resident Evil 5 costumes, stay tuned because they should be up soon!
